1.2 Where the programme has no fixed admission date, the application procedure will not commence until a completed application form is received.
1.3 All students are called for interview. Interviews normally take place after the receipt of references, so students are advised to allow sufficient time for this to occur.

Records of attendance are also kept at the centre. At the completion of each course, the student submits a portfolio of completed work and this includes the tabella, which should correspond with the records.
4.2 Where students are falling behind with their attendance requirement, this will be raised with them initially verbally of by phone or e-mail.
4.3 If problems persist, the student may be reclassified to part-time status or required to complete additional assignments in order to make up lost ground. In these cases the new requirement will be specified in writing.
4.4 In extreme cases, students may be required to leave the course or recommence.
4.5 There are provisions to allow students with good reason to take time out from course programmes provided this is agreed in advance and stays within parameters agreed in writing.
4.6 In cases of sickness, students should ensure that the centre is informed at or before the time when this will affect the student's ability to meet course requirements. Medical certification may be required and students should be prepared to supply this if requested.
4.7 Where students fail to arrive or persistently fail to fulfil course requirements, they may lose their place on the programme.
