Buddhist Psychology offers an understanding of mental process that has developed over the past 2500 years. It offers the West an important new perspective on human interaction and mental process.
Amida Trust offers training programmes based on a practical understanding of Buddhist teaching and its application in therapeutic, humanitarian and social settings.
Amida Trust is a vibrant learning community, interested in broadening understanding between Buddhist groups and bringing Buddhist analysis to bear on current global issues. Besides offering a number of course programmes for professional and personal training, it also offers study and learning possibilities for full time trainees and for volunteers interested in engaged work.
This site offers information about the course programmes offered by Amida Trust and based on the writings of David and Caroline Brazier
